Selecting Your Purchases

1. Enter the number of pieces of the product you wish to purchase in the "Amount" box
    located under the product.
2. Click on the "Add To Basket" icon. The item will automatically be added to your
    shopping basket.
3. To purchase more than one item simply repeat this process for each item you wish to
    purchase.
4. To view your order at any time during your shopping visit simply click on the
    "Basket Report" icon. It will display the quantity and cost of items you have ordered.
5. Should you wish to continue shopping for more items simply click on your desired
    category located on the left side of the screen.
6. When you have completed your shopping you may view your final "Basket Report" for
    complete details of your purchases.

Selecting Your Shipping Transportation

1. Choose the transportation price structure that you wish to use. There are three
    choices. Choose only one please.

    EX. Factory - This is the basic price of the products when purchased from the
    manufacturer or factory. It does not include any Domestic or International shipping
    fees. This is ideal for customers who wish to use their own shipping company.

    F.O.B. -This price includes the Domestic shipping fees to bring the products to the
    "Port of Exit" where the products will then be shipped internationally for an added
    fee.

    C.I.F. - This price includes both the Domestic and the International shipping fees
    for the products to land at the "Port of Entry" in the country of final destination.
    It does not include any "Port Authority Fees", "Customs and Duty Fees", etc.
    of the country of final destination. It does include all "Port Authority Fees",
    "Customs and Duty Fees", etc. for the "Port of Exit".

2. Choose the method of transportation. There are three choices. For "Air Freight"
    we offer FedEx. Sea shipping is provided by SHENKER. The third choice is to provide
    the details of your own preferred shipping service and we will happily provide all of
    the necessary service support you may require.

3. You will now be able to view the "Total Price" of your order based upon the
    choices you have made.

Your Buyer Information

1. Complete all of the information requested on the form. Please be sure to complete
    the "Required Fields" information as your order will not be accepted without this
    information.

Shipping Information (If not the same as above)

1. Complete this information form only if the order is to be delivered to a different
    person or address than the buyer.

Payment Information

1. Click on the arrow located at the right side of the "Payment Type" box. You will
    be given three choices. Choose one only please. All payments must be calculated
    based upon US dollars since all prices are stated in this currency.

Confirmed Irrevocable L/C at Sight

Choose the "Confirmed Irrevocable L/C at Sight" option from the choices provided on
the right side of the "Payment Type" box. Complete the information form provided.
Click on the "Submit" icon located below. Your "Purchase Order" will appear on the
screen. Print a copy of the "Purchase Order" simply by clicking on the "Print" icon.
We will also e-mail a copy of your "Purchase Order" to your e-mail account as
specified in the "Buyer Information" form. Bring a copy of the "Purchase Order" to the
bank of your choice. Have the bank issue a "Letter of Credit" (L/C). E-mail or fax a
copy of the L/C to the company or manufacturer of the product that you have
chosen. If you have purchased from more than one company you must provide an
L/C to each company from whom you have purchased. You will require a separate
"Purchase Order" from each company. Upon receiving the L/C your order will be
shipped directly to you as per your shipping instructions.

International Postal Money Order

Choose the "International Postal Money Order" option from the choices provided on
the right side of the "Payment Type" box. Complete the information form provided.
Click on the "Submit" icon located below. Your "Purchase Order" will appear on the
screen. Print a copy of the "Purchase Order" simply by clicking on the "Print" icon.
We will also e-mail a copy of your "Purchase Order" to your e-mail account as
specified in the "Buyer Information" form. Have any post office issue an "International
Postal Money Order"
inthe total amount of your purchase. Mail the money order to the
company from whom you have purchased the products. Then e-mail or fax a letter of
confirmation stating that the money order has been sent. Upon receiving the money
order the company will immediately forward your order.

Credit Card Payments

Choose the "MasterCard or Visa" option from the choices provided on the right side
of the "Payment Type" box. Complete the information form provided. Click on the
"Submit" icon located below. Your credit card transaction will be automatically
approved or refused by the bank. If approved, your "Purchase Order" will appear on
the screen. Print a copy of the "Purchase Order" simply by clicking on the "Print" icon.
We will also e-mail a copy of your "Purchase Order" to your e-mail account as
specified in the "Buyer Information" form. If your credit card transaction is refused
please select another form of payment and follow the instructions pertinent to your
